We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to support our concrete construction, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks including jobsite construction helping hand, snow shoveling in winter months, and yard housekeeping . This role offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills work environment.
Responsibilities
- Support landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, and debris removal on various jobsites
- Must have valid driver's license
- Use hand tools and power tools for construction, repair, and maintenance projects
- Support various team members to give a helping hand wherever and whenever required, (ie) mechanic
- Assist with general site cleanup and organization to maintain a safe work workplace
- Support team members in executing project tasks efficiently and safely
Requirements
- Prior experience with snow shoveling and jobsite housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, snow shoveling and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction is advantageous
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety protocols and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
