General Machinist – Entry Level

Location: Mississauga, ON

Pay Rate: $22.00–$25.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated General Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Mississauga. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for recent Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering graduates interested in developing practical skills in CNC machining and manufacturing operations.

Hands-on training will be provided. Previous extensive machining experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with machine setup and daily manufacturing operations.
- Learn to operate CNC and other machining equipment.
- Read and interpret basic technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform basic measurements and quality inspections.
- Support production activities while following safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering,



or a related technical field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machining or manufacturing processes is an asset.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Positive attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and safety guidelines.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Flexibility to work afternoon shifts in the future, if required.
