- Establish and monitor KPIs for production efficiency
- Manage facility safety and maintenance Experience in metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing
- Proven experience managing manufacturing facilities
- Strong technical foundation from trades or engineering
- Commercially aware with budget management experience Lead your team to success in a thriving industrial setting.
