Duties

- Lead and supervise teams, setting clear priorities and supporting consistent operational performance.
- Plan and manage projects, coordinate resources, and track progress against business objectives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement practical changes to strengthen workflows.
- Support sales and business development by coordinating operational plans and collaborating across teams.

Experience Required: Practical leadership,



supervising, project management, and process improvement capabilities to guide teams, coordinate work, and improve operations. Clear communication and sound organization support effective collaboration and follow-through. Preferred: Related experience in sales and business development, along with experience leading operational initiatives, is valuable for connecting growth opportunities with reliable execution.

Pay: $90,000.00-$132,000.00 per year
