JOB OVERVIEWReporting to the Vice President of Operations, the General Manager oversees the smooth operation of all aspects of the property. They plan, organize, direct, and control hotel operations to ensure the achievement of established standards and objectives. Directly involved in daily operations, the General Manager leads the hotel to satisfy guest needs and expectations while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.

Through strong leadership and management skills, they build and maintain team spirit and foster a deep sense of belonging among all employees at the property. Plan all daily hotel activities and ensure effective coordination across different departments

- Contribute to company objectives by maintaining high customer service standards
- Ensure sound management of the hotel's material, financial, and human resources
- Support the human resources department
- Prepare and monitor the established budget for the property
- Participate inactivities involving the hotel as a partner or host
- Two-year college or university degree in business management, hotel and restaurant management, or a related field; six years of experiencein hotel management, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or a related professional field.



Four-year university degree in business management, hotel and restaurant management, or a related field; four years of experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or a related professional field. Bilingualism in spoken and written French and English
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability and willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and late evenings/nights
- Skilled experience in the real estate sector demonstrating progressive career growth and exceptional performance
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of hospitality software applications.
