Guide teams across CCTV, alarms, and access control platforms.As Manager, Global Security Operations Center, you will oversee operations within Global Fulfillment Asset Protection and Safety. The role coordinates incident detection, escalation, and response while partnering with site teams, Investigations, and business leaders.

You will strengthen situational awareness, business continuity, and operational risk mitigation.Key Responsibilities:





Oversee continuous monitoring across security platforms and fulfillment distribution sitesCoordinate cross-functional responses during major incidentsCoach Specialists and manage team performance expectationsTranslate incident trends into actionable operational insightsMaintain accurate incident records, alerts, and response documentationRequirements:

Three to five-plus years in security operations or similar environmentsExperience leading shift-based or twenty-four/seven operationsExperience with CCTV, access control, alarms, and system alertsStrong incident escalation, judgment, and decision-making skillsAuthorization to work in CanadaBring GSOC leadership, monitoring expertise, and coordinated incident response to lululemon’s global fulfillment security operations.
