Role Description The Group Leader | CEO role is a full-time remote position responsible for the overall leadership and performance of one or more software companies within CORA Group’s portfolio. This role includes setting and executing strategic direction, overseeing financial performance, and driving sustainable growth through effective business planning and operational excellence.

The Group

Leader | CEO will manage senior leadership teams, ensure strong governance, and build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Daily activities include reviewing financial and operational reports, guiding strategic initiatives,



engaging with key customers and partners, and aligning company goals with CORA Group’s broader objectives. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities, optimizing processes, and regularly communicating progress and risks to CORA Group leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong Finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
- Operational expertise with Operations Management and Business Planning, focused on efficiency and scalability.
- Commercial acumen in Sales and market development, with the ability to drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Planning capabilities to define long-term vision, set priorities, and execute transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in leading software or technology businesses at an executive level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams and manage stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Relevant academic background in business, finance, technology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
