The OpportunityHuman Agency is an AI-first consultancy and venture organization. We work with clients who are serious about growth, and we’re bringing on a fractional GTM Strategist to own the full arc: figure out who a client should be selling to, build the positioning, launch the campaigns, and show leadership what worked.

Projects ramp up on short notice and scope shifts mid-stream. Define the ideal customer, talk to buyers, and analyze competitors before any messaging gets written. Help clients say what they do and why it matters, in language real buyers respond to.

Content & Copy. Write the website copy, landing pages, email sequences, and social content. Use AI where it helps, and keep the human edge that makes copy land. Set success metrics up front, run tests, read the data, and present results to client leadership, including the C-suite.

Build sales materials (decks, one-pagers, outreach) and connect marketing work to pipeline.



Take campaigns from brief to launch with both strategic rationale and creative instinct. 5+ years in marketing, brand strategy, or GTM, in-house, agency, or independent. 2-3 case studies with before-and-after numbers: a repositioning that lifted conversion, a campaign that drove pipeline, etc. Strong writing across marketing formats.

Experience presenting data and recommendations to executives. You use AI for research, testing, and content production, not just drafting, and you know when the output is valuable enough. You’ve worked as a freelancer or fractional consultant and can manage your time across concurrent projects.
