Job Overview:
Our hotel is looking for a Part time Guest Service Agent / Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
Location: 38 estate drive in Scarborough, Toronto, Ontario
If you’re friendly, organized, and enjoy working with people, this is a outstanding opportunity to build hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking in/out guests
- Handling reservations and inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with daily front desk operations
We are also open to co-op students or interns who are looking to gain real-world experience in hospitality. Please note:
Internship/co-op positions are currently unpaid, but offer valuable training, exposure, and experience in a professional hotel environment.
