Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:

- Analyze existing business needs and systems to recommend solutions that are appropriate for Guidewire Cloud ClaimCenter's capabilities and existing IT architecture, including in an AWS environment;
- Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and supervise their implementation in collaboration with the analyst-developers;
- Collaborate with business teams, technical teams and suppliers to ensure consistency and understanding of solutions;
- Participate in the assessment of the efforts, risks and dependencies related to the functional work;
- Contribute to the planning, validation and production of solutions, including the preparation of functional documentation and test cases;




- Ensure the consistency of the work under his/her responsibility and ensure compliance with architecture, quality and documentation standards;
- Demonstrate autonomy, initiative and accountability in carrying out work and achieving the team's objectives.

The Profile We Are Looking For Is As Follows

- Hold a Guidewire ClaimCenter certification;
- Knowledge of the field of damage insurance (asset);
- Be familiar with Agile approaches, including Scrum or Kanban, and ideally scaled agility frameworks such as Protected, LeSS, or DAD (asset);
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Demonstrate openness, autonomy, rigor and initiative;
- Fluency in oral and written French and a working knowledge of English.
