About the Position We are looking for a Stone Polisher / Surface Finishing Technician to join our production team.

Do you have experience in automotive bodywork, auto body shops, sanding, polishing, painting, or surface finishing? Your experience could be a excellent fit!

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working with polishing tools, abrasive materials, surface preparation, and achieving a clean, professional finish.

Experience in stone fabrication is an asset, but training will be provided to the right candidate.

Your Responsibilities

- Polish and finish quartz, granite, marble, and other stone surfaces
- Use polishing machines, abrasive discs, and various finishing tools




- Sand and prepare surfaces to achieve a smooth, consistent finish
- Inspect stone surfaces and identify imperfections
- Read production plans to identify areas requiring polishing
- Use lifting equipment to safely handle stone pieces
- Assemble and glue certain stone components when required
- Measure materials and verify dimensions
- Wash and clean finished stone pieces
- Apply sealing treatments when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Perform other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in an automotive body shop, auto body repair, polishing, or surface finishing is an asset
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, sanders, and polishing equipment
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work with precision and maintain consistent quality
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new techniques and processes
