Position Summary The Style Advisor / Keyholder is responsible for delivering an elevated and welcoming client experience while driving sales through premium service, styling expertise and relationship building.

In addition to their sales responsibilities, the Keyholder provides day-to-day leadership on the sales floor, supports store operations and helps ensure the store is operating effectively, particularly during opening and closing shifts and when management is unavailable.

This role is ideal for someone who combines a passion for menswear and client service with strong sales instincts, initiative and a willingness to take ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

· Deliver exceptional client experiences through authentic, relationship-driven selling.

· Provide styling advice and product recommendations aligned with each client's lifestyle and needs.

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-up and clienteling.

· Achieve individual and team sales goals while contributing to overall store performance.

· Maintain strong product knowledge across premium brands, fits, fabrics and seasonal trends.

· Represent the HANK. brand with professionalism, confidence and enthusiasm.

Store Presentation & Operations

· Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the store remains polished and presentation-ready.

· Assist with inventory processing, replenishment and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.

· Support in-store events, promotions and community engagement opportunities.





· Follow established store procedures and operational standards.

· Work collaboratively with leadership and teammates to create a positive and high-performing culture.

Keyholder Responsibilities

· Open and close the store, ensuring established opening and closing procedures are followed.

· Take the lead on the sales floor during opening, closing and when store management is unavailable.

· Coach, motivate and support team members in delivering an exceptional client experience and achieving sales goals.

· Support cash handling procedures, store security and operational compliance.

· Maintain HANK.'s customer experience and brand standards throughout all aspects of store operations.

· Assist with the onboarding, training and mentoring of new team members.

· Exercise sound judgment and make day-to-day operational decisions within established guidelines, escalating matters to management as appropriate.

Qualifications

· Previous retail or client service experience preferred, ideally within premium or specialty apparel.

· Passion for menswear, styling and delivering exceptional client service.

· Strong sales orientation with the ability to build relationships and drive results.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Positive attitude with a collaborative and team-focused mindset.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.

· Demonstrated initiative, accountability and problem-solving ability.

· Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

· A genuine interest in helping clients feel confident through style and service.





· Previous keyholder experience or demonstrated experience opening and closing a retail store.

· Demonstrated leadership, coaching and team motivation abilities.

· Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Ability to confidently support store operations and lead the sales floor in the absence of management.

· A high level of accountability, reliability and sound judgment.

Compensation: The expected salary range for this position is $22.00 – $25.00 per hour plus eligibility for performance-based incentives. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
