We are a qualified family in the East Gwillimbury looking for a reliable, caring, and organized live-in nanny/housekeeper to join our home long-term. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both childcare and household management in a warm, respectful environment.

About the Role

- Full-time, live-in position (40 hours per week)
- Private furnished room and private bathroom provided
- Meals included
- Car provided for work-related driving (daycare drop-off, errands, groceries)
- Long-term, stable employment in a respectful and supportive household

Our Family
- One 3-year-old boy (in daycare Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.)
- One newborn (arriving soon)

Key Responsibilities
- Daily childcare: morning/evening routines, playtime, reading, and development-focused activities
- Newborn care assistance (feeding, soothing, naps, bottle preparation/sterilization)
- Occasional night-time help with the baby when needed (not nightly)
- Full housekeeping: daily cleaning, laundry, linens, general home organization
- Family meal preparation and grocery errands




- Light household coordination (supplies, deliveries, simple scheduling)

Requirements
- Prior experience with newborns and toddlers
- Comfortable with a live-in arrangement
- Valid driver's license (clean record; car provided)
- Honest, patient, dependable, and proactive
- References required
- Must be legally able to work in Canada (citizen, PR, or valid work permit)

Schedule
- 40 hours per week
- One full day off per week
- Occasional evening or overnight support when the newborn requires attention

Compensation
