Luxury Boutique Hotel & Destination Restaurant, Victoria, Australia

Salary: $110,000 AUD + 12% Superannuation

Location: Regional Victoria

Relocation & Sponsorship: Available An exciting prospect for an experienced Head Chef to join a highly regarded luxury boutique hotel and destination dining operation in regional Victoria.

The Role:

- Lead the main kitchen and a brigade of approximately 20 chefs.

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, food quality and consistency.

- Maintain exceptional fine-dining standards and kitchen organisation.

- Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu development, cost control and operational performance.

- Champion seasonal produce and locally sourced ingredients.

The Ideal Candidate:





- Experience in luxury boutique hotels or high-end destination restaurants.

- Previous Michelin-starred experience is required.

- Proven ability to lead and develop a sizeable kitchen team.

- Strong operational skills and a hands-on leadership approach.

Package:

- $110,000 AUD + 12% Superannuation.

- 5 weeks annual leave
