This newly created Head of Treasury role represents a rare opportunity to design, build, and lead a strategic function at the heart of a sophisticated, multi-asset investment platform.Your current role

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for establishing and leading Sagard’s global treasury function, with a mandate spanning strategy, execution, and infrastructure build-out.This is a high-impact, highly visible role requiring close partnership with investment teams, executives, and external financing partners across jurisdictions.Key responsibilities

Design and implement a global treasury operating model, includingernance, controls, and reporting frameworksBuild scalable infrastructure supporting a multi-entity, multi-currency investment platformOversee liquidity planning, capital allocation,



and cash optimizationStructure and execute financing solutions including subscription lines, NAV facilities, and ABLsManage banking relationships and lead negotiation of financing arrangementsDevelop FX and hedging strategiesOversee global cash management and banking structuresWhat you'll need to succeed

15–20+ years of relevant experience in treasury, financing, or capital marketsBackground in alternative asset management, private equity, or creditDeep expertise in fund financing and capital structure optimizationStrong experience building or transforming treasury functionsProven ability to manage senior stakeholders and external partnersEducation & credentials
