Lead BIPV façade engineering at Mitrex in Etobicoke, using P.Eng expertise and building-envelope knowledge in an in-office leadership role.As Head of Engineering, you will direct technical work across Mitrex and Cladify. You will lead design and drafting, approve delegated-design deliverables, and guide product development. The position reports to the CEO and covers projects involving solar façades, rainscreen assemblies, attachment systems, and electrical integration.Key Responsibilities:
