Shape Sagard’s global treasury function through fund financing expertise, liquidity planning, and scalable infrastructure across a multi-asset platform.Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Treasury will establish and lead a newly created global function. The mandate spans treasury strategy, execution, governance, controls, and infrastructure. Success requires partnership with investment teams, executives, banking relationships, and external financing partners across jurisdictions.Key Responsibilities:

Design the global treasury operating model and reporting frameworksBuild infrastructure for multi-entity, multi-currency operationsOversee liquidity planning, capital allocation, and cash optimizationStructure subscription lines, NAV facilities,



and ABLsDevelop FX and hedging strategiesRequirements:

15–20+ years in treasury, financing, or capital marketsAlternative asset management, private equity, or credit backgroundDeep expertise in fund financing and capital structure optimizationExperience building or transforming treasury functionsBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related fieldLead Sagard’s global treasury strategy with financing, liquidity, banking, and infrastructure expertise across jurisdictions.
