Role Description The Head of Growth is a full-time hybrid role based in Ontario - we are looking for a driven individual who can push sales to physicians, hospitals and clinics.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking to design, test, and scale data-driven growth initiatives.




- Proven experience in Customer Acquisition across digital and offline channels, including campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
- Background in Sales with the ability to support pipeline development, refine messaging, and collaborate on closing strategic accounts.
- Experience in Business Development, including partnerships, channel development, and current market entry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using growth analytics tools, dashboards, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Experience working in SaaS, healthtech, or B2B technology environments, ideally with clinicians or healthcare organizations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, communicate clearly, and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an asset.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment, with a bias toward experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
