LoopX is building all-condition intelligence to make mining safer and more productive in the world's harshest underground environments. We are looking for a Head of Operations & Finance to work closely with the CEO in building and scaling LoopX. This person will own core financial planning and internal operations, ensuring the leadership team has explicit visibility into performance and the infrastructure needed to grow efficiently.Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in partnership with the CEOLead preparation of board materials, including monthly and quarterly reporting and performance insightsTrack key financial and operating metrics; identify trends, risks,and opportunitiesOperational Infrastructure Build and manage internal systems and processes to provide real-time visibility into business performanceEstablish reporting dashboards across finance, operations, and go-to-marketImprove workflows across functions to drive efficiency and executionStrategic Partner to the CEO Act as a thought partner on company strategy, capital allocation,
