Engineering Services Group, Engineering Services Group Develops, defines, and executes plans of record, including: schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks. Monitors and drives the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders across functions on technical matters, as needed.

Replacement PositionMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.2+ years of Program Management or related work experience.*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.Own project schedules and execution tracking with engineering team.Drive New Product Development through stage gate process to align and sign off with stakeholders on scope, schedule and budget.Track project milestones & risk mitigation to align strategy with management team.Define and drive process frameworks across teams for efficient and consistent execution and quality deliverables.Electrical engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent a minimumExperience in development of high speed serdes 112G+, controllers and protocol knowledgeExperience in stage gate process for new program developmentExperience in engineering role as part of high speed serdes IP development for understanding of execution flow and cross team interdependenciesSchedule development,
