The Strategic Sourcing

Manager will identify and implement significant cost reduction strategies; while improving quality, delivery, and service from our supply base. Drive cost-focused strategy for assigned sites and commodities across Nortek Air Solutions Responsible for sourcing strategy, supply market analysis, supplier capability assessment, supplier recruitment and management, RFQ/P development, analysis of complex data, and managing projects across multiple sites. Supports performance tracking activities including sourcing savings, contract compliance and other measures.

Ensure price controllership via PPV reporting and contract management. Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or Engineering. A minimum of five (5) years strategic purchasing experience in a similar position combined with a solid track record.

Advanced analytical abilities and problem-solving techniques in understanding data collection and the ability to develop intuitive and actionable insights.



Thorough knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ERP systems Customer centric mindset towards manufacturing A “builder” who is comfortable in a continuous improvement culture. Travel up to 25%, some international travel.
