You’ll build the integrated program plan and governance structure, connect business and technical workstreams, and manage dependencies, risks, and implementation partner commitments. The role involves working closely with architects and engineers to pressure-test feasibility, ensuring independently built components work end to end through testing, cutover, and transition to operations, and translating technical complexity into clear decisions for senior leaders.

They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have an onsite work workplace, 4 days a week in office. 6-10 years in technical delivery, program management, software engineering, or consulting, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (PMP or similar preferred)You’ve delivered a large, multi-workstream transformation that rolled out new enterprise tech, working with vendors, engineers, and business teams across different locations and time zonesYou know how enterprise apps, integrations, APIs, data, security, testing, and deployment all fit together, and you can build a plan around them and challenge architects and engineers on feasibility and riskYou’ve set up governance for complex programs (exec reporting, decision forums, risk tracking, budgets, change control) and can explain technical tradeoffs to senior leaders in plain business terms This role pays between $95-110 per hour. #
