Job Overview

As a Health Care Aide with Physiotherapy Experience, you will support patients with day-to-day care and physiotherapy-related activities, following care plans and communicating observations to the care team. This role calls for attentive, respectful support and clear, accurate communication.

Responsibilities

- Assist patients with personal care, comfort, mobility, and daily activities while respecting their dignity and preferences.
- Support physiotherapy activities as directed, helping patients participate safely and consistently in their care plans.
- Observe and report changes in patients’ condition, document care accurately, and use medical terminology when sharing relevant information.
- Coordinate with colleagues to support continuity of care. Your impact:

Requirements Required: Practical patient-care skills, explicit communication, accurate observation, and the ability to document care and share relevant information using medical terminology. Preferred: Hospital experience and acute care experience are advantageous, along with familiarity supporting physiotherapy activities and collaborating with a care team.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
