Lead health, safety, and wellness strategy at Conestoga Meats, overseeing compliance, risk, and employee wellbeing across two facilities.This manager provides strategic leadership for the Health and Safety Management System, WSIB, disability management, security, and emergency preparedness. The role leads a Health, Safety and Wellness team supporting approximately 1,450 team members across three shifts. It partners with departmental leaders to strengthen safety culture, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
