Job Summary: A position which provides facility maintenance, care and cleaning services.
Qualifications:
- Successful experience in previous job assignments
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Solid cleaning ability
- Commitment to work duties within the classification and reliability in attendance
- Commitment to ideals and principles of Catholic Education
- Capacity, with minimal support, to perform the following:
- Plumbing and minor electrical repairs
- Maintenance on mechanical systems
- Caretaking equipment maintenance
- Mechanical trouble shooting
- Maintenance of architectural hardware
Terms of Employment:
- As per Collective Agreement:
- 8.0 hours/day
- To begin a.s.a.p.
- Salary range - $23.50 - $27.03 per hour
