Job Summary The Home Support Worker helps people live safely and comfortably at home by providing practical, respectful support tailored to their daily routines and needs.

Responsibilities

- Assist with personal care and daily activities, including patient care, senior care, dementia care, and support for individuals with disabilities.
- Prepare meals, complete light cleaning, and provide home care and caregiving support while respecting each person’s preferences and independence.
- Support medication administration as directed, observe changes in wellbeing, and share relevant updates with the appropriate care team.
- Help with safe movement and transfers, using sound judgment around heavy lifting and seeking assistance when needed.
