Hospital Manager Location: Calgary, ABVCA Canada is welcoming an experienced veterinary Client Service qualified to join our leadership team as a Hospital Manager. In this role, you will support operational initiatives across two hospitals within the Horizon Veterinary Group, fostering consistency, collaboration, and the sharing of best practices while helping drive a positive experience for both our teams and clients.Under the guidance of the Regional Director and in partnership with the Medical Director, the Hospital Manager performs a wide range of administrative activities related to the practice. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing leadership and development for a multi-faceted team to deliver a high level of veterinary services to our patients and pet owners.

The role will require strong organizational, administrative and people skills to meet hospital deadlines and related goals.Administrative skills: scheduling staff, document control, filing, various reporting and coordinating office services (equipment/supplies/forms/procedures)Leadership skills: fostering people relationships, providing coaching opportunities, towards the goal of quality patient care and excellent client serviceExceptional interpersonal skills in working with your colleagues, pet parents and communityAdaptable; the ability to adapt tochange in a growing multifaceted client service and animal health industryChange management, the ability to drive and manage positive change - processes,
