The role follows RSM’s hybrid workstyle.As a Supervisor in Human Capital Advisory, you will help middle-market clients navigate complex workforce challenges. You will develop recommendations across talent management, organizational design, change management, and employee experience.

You will also manage project teams, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and contribute to proposals, presentations, and client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
