Overview We are looking for attentive reviewers who can recognise respectful communication and explain fairness concerns clearly. You will perform generalist AI evaluation of scenario responses and media for tone, clarity, and consistent criteria. This opportunity is remote, with flexible schedule and assignments based on project availability. Students, recent graduates and working professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities • Check generated conversations for respectful wording, useful answers, and possible bias.

- Compare outputs and identify which better follows the stated fairness criteria.
- Write a brief reason using specific evidence from the content.




- Take part in English conversations with AI models when assigned to voice tasks.
- Record your ratings using project guidelines and flag examples that are difficult to judge.

Requirements • Confident spoken English and clear written communication.

- Attention to fairness, tone, and wording.
- Ability to apply fairness criteria consistently to scenario-based content.
- A computer, reliable internet and headphones, with a quiet space for voice-based tasks.
- Ability to produce your own ratings and written explanations without using AI tools.
