The successful candidate will provide legal support across a broad range of commercial and project-related matters, working closely with business, commercial, and project teams on matters spanning project development, acquisitions, construction, operations, and asset management.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements Advising on project development and acquisition activities Providing legal support in connection with operations and maintenance (O&M;) matters Advising on asset management, supply agreements, and subcontracting arrangements Identifying and managing contractual and commercial risks Supporting the resolution of claims, disputes, and related project issues Collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver practical, solutions-oriented legal advice Experience supporting complex commercial transactions and contracting matters. Strong drafting and negotiation skills, including experience with sophisticated commercial agreements.

Experience advising on project development, construction, infrastructure, industrial, or other project-based matters. Sound business judgement and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to legal issues.
