Sales and Market Development Representative to join our Sales and Marketing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, industry partners, and Tolko’s Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Logistics, and Operations teams to strengthen our position as the highly mobile, customer-focused role with flexibility extensive travel in sales, market development, manufacturing, or a related field. Post-secondary education in business, engineering, forestry, wood science, or another related discipline. within the wood products industry, including manufacturing, industrial distribution, or related market sectors. developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting profitable sales growth. financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market information and translate it into actionable recommendations. and supporting Tolko’s safety expectations. ability and willingness to travel extensively to meet with customers, industry partners, and Tolko teams.

Manage and grow assigned accounts, preparing established accounts for an effective transition to Tolko’s inside sales team into customer industrial wood products market . Translate market intelligence support Sales, Marketing, Product Development, data-supported commercial responses . collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Logistics, and Mill Operations to coordinate priorities and support effective execution. to support cost, quality, reliability, supply, and service expectations. solutions-focused liaison between customers, external partners, and Tolko’s internal teams, ensuring disciplined follow-up and timely issue resolution.
