Build major infrastructure with EBC as a Site Superintendent, coordinating field activities, contract requirements, safety procedures, and quality controls. Lead work across demanding civil project scopes.This Site Superintendent supports EBC’s Civil team under the Site or General Superintendent.

Responsibilities may cover highways, tunneling, infrastructure, earthworks, and hydroelectric projects. You will interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and addenda while coordinating subcontractors, consultants, clients, agencies, suppliers, and company forces. Success requires three to five years of heavy civil construction supervision experience, including earthworks and concrete structures, plus strong communication and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:

and addendaAssist with in office procedures and construction program developmentDirect inspection activities and coordinate remedial actionsMaintain communication with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and publicReview time cards, invoices, vouchers, and payment requestsRequirements:
