Manage the end-to-end claims lifecycle for automobile and third‐party automobile claims, with a specialized focus on total loss, fire, and theft claims.

Conduct claim investigations, including coordinating, consulting, negotiating and collaborating with appraisers, body shops, third party claimants, adjusters and vendors Post‐secondary education completion ~1-5 years prior claims handling experience coupled with 2-3 years customer service experience ~ Completion of, or active pursuit of, a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation is considered a strong asset ~ Superior customer service and interpersonal skills Please note that we may use AI tools to help us through the recruitment process.
