Work Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly.At Aurora, the IT Controls Manager oversees IT control execution across Canada, Europe, and Australia. The role focuses on ITGCs, SOX compliance, Sage X3 controls, risk assessment, and audit readiness. You will coordinate with IT, application owners, Information Security, Internal Audit, and external auditors.Key Responsibilities:

Execute and oversee assigned IT General ControlsAssess Sage X3 access and segregation controlsMaintain control documentation and evidence in ServiceNow GRCCoordinate remediation for deficiencies and audit findingsImprove control standardization, monitoring, and automationRequirements:

Minimum seven years in IT compliance, risk, audit, or governanceHands-on Sage X3 controls experience is mandatoryExperience supporting SOX programs and auditsKnowledge of ITGCs, access management, and change managementBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualified experienceBring Sage X3, SOX, ITGC, and audit expertise to Aurora's multinational control environment from Ontario.
