Lead application development, quality engineering, integrations, support, and operational teams.

Drive

Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and software delivery excellence. Oversee application support, service management, major incident response, and operational performance. Lead cloud modernization, technical debt reduction, and digital transformation initiatives.

Provide strategic oversight of APIs, integrations, middleware, and enterprise platforms. Partner with business, product, architecture, infrastructure, security, and data teams to deliver technology roadmaps. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. ~12+ years of progressive IT experience in application development, delivery, and support. ~Experience managing enterprise application portfolios and customer-facing digital platforms. ~ Experience with React, Next.Js, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and BFF architecture. ~ Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and automated testing. ~ Experience managing technology budgets, vendors, and large-scale transformation programs. ~ PMP, ITIL, Protected/Agile, Azure, AWS, GCP, TOGAF, or CISSP certifications are considered assets.

Salary range of $140000 to $180000 CAD. This role may use AI-assisted tools to support initial screening.
