IT Help Desk Co-op

Job Summary

As an IT Help Desk Co-op, you’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace supporting the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of computer technologies managed by the Information Technology team. Your focus will be on administering FGF’s IT infrastructure, including desktop PCs, notebooks, tablets, mobile devices, mobile plan management, and software applications such as ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional technical support, both on-site and remotely, to keep our team connected and productive
- Manage and organize hardware and software inventory with precision
- Communicate clearly and proactively with team members on tasks and projects
- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation for seamless operations
- Be ready to jump in with on-call emergency support when needed

Key Qualifications

- Post Secondary studies in Computer Science, Networking, or related field
- A curious, tech-savvy mindset with a passion for learning new technologies
- Skilled in MS Office 365 installation, setup, and troubleshooting




- Familiarity with Android device setup and Microsoft Active Directory is a plus
- Troubleshooting skills for hardware and software in a Windows environment
- Valid license and access to personal vehicle is a requirement as this role requires travel between our facilities
