Lead WAA’s network, storage, compute, virtualization, and hybrid-cloud environments as an IT Infrastructure Manager supporting a 24/7 airport environment.Reporting to the Director, IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, you will lead technical delivery, operational support, and infrastructure planning. The position coordinates project intake, priorities, dependencies, resources, and transitions with IT Planning and Projects and business stakeholders. You will guide infrastructure teams, vendors, consultants, and operational partners across WAA.Key Responsibilities:

Lead network, server, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure teamsCoordinate infrastructure activities, priorities, assignments, vendors, and consultantsPrioritize project intake and balance operational and sustainment demandsOversee capacity,



monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and resiliencyManage incident escalation, problem management, change management, and outage planningRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experienceManagement experience leading and developing technical teamsEnterprise networking and Microsoft-based infrastructure knowledgeVendor, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management experienceBring infrastructure leadership, cloud knowledge, and operational judgment to WAA’s network and hybrid-cloud setting.
