The Manager, Global Business Systems, Service Delivery oversees projects, programs, and the people supporting them. This position defines scope, goals, deliverables, success criteria, and timelines with senior management and stakeholders. It also maintains PMO processes, controls project changes, and communicates expectations throughout each project life cycle. Global travel may be required to meet clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria

Plan timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths

Monitor consolidated projects, programs, and portfolio financials

Develop progress reports,



presentations, and communications documents

Manage governance, methodology, controls, and change processes

Requirements

Seven-plus years deploying and supporting global software implementations

Business administration or management information systems education

Business Analysis training and Project Management Fundamentals training

Project management and requirements analysis experience

Global travel as required for business meetings
