Manage

Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange. Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports, and dashboards to support business operations. Lead, coach, and develop the IT applications team.

Manage IT application budgets, vendors, consultants, and project resources. Support digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure application security, IT governance, PDPA compliance, and audit readiness.





Provide application support and resolve ERP and non-ERP system issues.
