Director will lead the 32121-CAN200C01 – Claims – Casualty 1 department at Chubb Samaggi Insurance Public Company Limited, shaping the overall strategy and execution of casualty claim operations. This senior role is responsible for driving performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering insightful reporting to senior leadership. The Director will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, reinsurers, and external partners to optimize loss mitigation and operational efficiency. The position also emphasizes talent development and fostering a culture of analytical excellence.

- Develop and implement casualty claims strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Oversee end‑to‑end claims processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, including reinsurers, brokers, and internal partners.
- Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Ensure effective risk assessment and loss mitigation practices.




- Supervise budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control for the claims department.
- Champion data‑driven decision making using analytics and reporting tools.
- Mentor and develop talent, promoting qualified growth within the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in casualty claims management.
- Proven leadership experience directing claims operations in a large insurance organization.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, adept at influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated time‑management and project‑execution capabilities.
- In‑depth knowledge of Thai insurance regulations and international best practices.
- Proficiency with claims management systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAS, Power BI).
- Ability to develop and present strategic reports to senior executives.
- Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
