Job Summary

Join the owner as a journeyman carpenter and hands-on right hand, contributing to varied construction and improvement projects while building toward a future general manager role. You’ll combine skilled fieldwork with practical support for planning, estimating, and coordinating work.

Responsibilities

- Read blueprints and schematics, use hand and power tools, and complete carpentry, woodworking, assembly, and cabinet installation.
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, drywall, roofing, siding, flooring and tile installation, painting, caulking, and restoration.
- Support construction estimating and project coordination; assist with plumbing or electrical tasks as appropriate to your experience.
- Handle materials and heavy lifting safely, and help keep projects organized and moving forward.

Qualifications Required: Practical construction experience, carpentry skills, blueprint reading, and confident use of hand and power tools support safe, accurate work across wide-ranging job tasks. Preferred: Experience with restoration, CNC, manufacturing, estimating, handyman work, concrete, masonry, drywall, cabinets, painting, flooring, tile, roofing, siding, rebar, caulking, assembly, plumbing, or electrical work is valuable.

Pay: $23.00-$45.00 per hour
