About the Role:

Aaron Machine Shop is seeking a skilled Journeyman General Machinist who thrives on variety and independence. We are a true manual job shop—there are no repetitive production runs here. Because we serve a diverse range of customers rather than a single industry, your work will stay interesting, fresh, and recession-resistant.

You will handle custom repair, service work, and re-engineering of components using manual lathes and mills. We rely heavily on your day-to-day judgment and value the problem-solving skills a seasoned machinist brings to the floor.

Qualifications:

- Journeyman Machinist Ticket (Red Seal or equivalent senior manual experience).
- Manual Machinery Expertise: Deep competency setting up and operating manual lathes and manual mills.
- Specialized Assets: Experience with line boring is highly valued.
