We’ve doubled our team in the last year and are now building out our Latin America team.We’re hiring a Junior Account Manager to be the operational backbone of an account pod, supporting 2 to 4 Shopify DTC accounts day to day. You’ll keep projects moving, build in the tools, stay organized across every account, and work with every one of our teams (paid media, email/SMS, social, creative, production, and influencer) to make sure deliverables ship on time.This is an early-career role designed to grow. and drafting contact reports after every callCompiling draft briefs with client inputs and research for your account managerExecuting in Klaviyo: building email templates, configuring flows, setting up pop-ups and formsBasic Shopify updates: product uploads, copy edits, discount codes, basic theme editsTracking day-to-day deliverables and deadlines in Asana and Airtable, and flagging anything off-plan (timelines, budgets, approvals) to your account managerCoordinating handoffs between our paid, email/SMS, social, creative, production, and influencer teams once your account manager has briefed themBuilding weekly dashboards and monthly reports with the teamEscalating anything complex or strategic to your account managerWhat you bring Fluent, confident English, both spoken and written.1 to 2+ years of coordination, operations, or digital marketing experienceAn obsession with staying organized and shipping on time.
