Location: CAA Centre (7575 Kennedy Road South, Brampton)

Type: Part-time (evening and weekend availability required)

The CAA Centre is a multipurpose sports and entertainment venue in Brampton, hosting a wide range of sporting events, live entertainment, and special events. Our restaurant located inside the arena, is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as a Kitchen Cook or Kitchen Busser.

Kitchen Cook

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Complete food preparation and set up workstations before service.
- Follow safe food handling, storage and sanitation procedures.
- Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and organized.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food service.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset.

Kitchen Busser

Responsibilities:

- Keep dishwashing stations,



kitchen floors and work areas clean and organized.
- Clear and clean tables, removing used dishes, glassware and utensils.
- Reset tables promptly for incoming guests.
- Bring dishes to the kitchen and assist with dishwashing as needed.
- Support servers by replenishing service stations and delivering items to tables.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area and other assigned spaces.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.

Qualifications:

- Robust work ethic, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively as part of a team.

Requirements for Both Positions

- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays, based on restaurant and event schedules.
- Ability to perform kitchen duties, including standing for extended periods and safely handling supplies and equipment.
