Job Overview Myanm's Noodle is looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will assist with daily food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is not required, but a willingness to learn, work as part of a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment is essential.

Duties

- Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, portioning, and organizing food items.
- Cook and assemble menu items according to established recipes and portion standards.
- Ensure food is prepared consistently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures.
- Monitor ingredient supplies and notify management of items that need restocking.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to support daily operations and timely food service.
- Assist with general cleaning and closing duties as needed.

Skills

- Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods.




- Experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- A passion for cooking and an eagerness to learn new culinary skills.
- Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to perform physical kitchen duties, including standing for extended periods.
