CTS is a cannabis laboratory with customers around the world, and we're moving into pharmaceutical manufacturing. Our team is small and experienced, and we want to help the next generation of scientists build real lab skills.
The role
We're looking for a part-time Lab Assistant to support our team with hands-on lab work. Your hours are flexible, so the job fits around your classes. We're hiring now and can start the right person right away.
What you'll do
- Run bench-top testing and record the results
- Operate and monitor vacuum ovens
- Help with basic scientific processes and lab procedures
- Keep the lab clean, organized and safe, and follow standard operating procedures
Who we're looking for
- A chemistry student (or a student in a related science)
who wants real lab experience
- Someone who pays attention to detail and is comfortable following protocols
- Someone reliable who wants to learn from a qualified team
- You must have your own reliable transportation to get to our Acheson facility
