Lead labour relations strategy in Toronto with Hydro One, advising on collective agreements, grievances, negotiations, and employment legislation.Reporting to the Director, Employee & Labour Relations, the Labour Relations Manager supports represented skilled, trades, technical, clerical, and construction employees. This subject matter expert advises Human Resources and business units through strategic problem solving, risk analysis, and practical recommendations. The manager also leads Labour Relations Consultants.Key Responsibilities:

Manage, mentor, and develop Labour Relations ConsultantsSupport labour relations strategies, policies, and programsRepresent management in grievances, mediations, arbitrations,



and hearingsParticipate in collective bargaining with Hydro One unionsAssess labour relations and collective agreement risksRequirements:

CHRP, CHRL, MIR, JD, LLB, or equivalent education and experienceKnowledge of Ontario employment legislation and labour relations practicesStrong human relations knowledge for effective negotiationStrong English communication skills in writing and presentationsFive or more years in labour relations or human resourcesBring grievance management, collective agreement expertise, negotiation, and strategic advisory skills to Hydro One’s Toronto team.
