Job Summary The Landscaping Lead hand / Crew Leader coordinates daily landscape maintenance work, supports crew members, and helps deliver well-organized, quality results. This hands-on role combines team leadership with practical work across gardening, pruning , mowing and leading a crew .

Responsibilities

- Lead and support a landscaping crew on daily jobs.
- Follow the schedule and keep jobs on track.
- Drive the company truck and transport equipment safely.
- Complete mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, pruning, and seasonal cleanups.
- Assign tasks and train crew members as needed.
- Check that work meets Lawn Queenz’s quality standards before leaving each property.
- Communicate professionally with clients and the team.
- Record crew hours, job notes, and before-and-after photos in the app.
- Keep trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow safety procedures and report equipment problems or job concerns to the owner.





Experience Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred, including mowing, trimming, weeding, pruning, and seasonal cleanups. Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset. Applicants should be reliable, organized, communicate clearly, and feel comfortable guiding a crew while maintaining quality work. A valid driver’s licence is required;

experience driving a truck with a trailer is an asset. We’re willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to grow with Lawn Queenz Landscaping Inc.

Pay: $19.00-$27.00 per hour
