The work includes commercial property, energy, equipment breakdown, environmental liability, and specialty claims. You will analyze coverage, liability, damages, and provisions while contributing technical expertise, mentoring, training, and unit priorities.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve complex commercial property claims exceeding $1 millionCoordinate counsel, consultants, adjusters, accountants, and engineersConfirm coverage, determine liability,



and assess damagesMentor regional handlers and train colleagues on complex claimsNegotiate settlements and attend conferences, trials, and loss locationsRequirements:

Ten or more years handling complex commercial property claimsKnowledge of applicable regulatory and legal requirementsCritical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex situationsUndergraduate degree or CIP designation considered an assetFlexible travel and bilingualism requirements based on provinceApply large loss claims expertise, technical guidance, and negotiation skills as an Intact Claims Consultant across Canada.
