Lead the development and implementation of sustainable design strategies for all projects.

Develop and present sustainable design proposals and reports.

A Master's degree in Architecture or a related field with a specialization in Sustainability.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 5 years focused on sustainable design leadership.

Proven experience in leading projects to achieve high levels of sustainability and net-zero performance.

Expert knowledge of energy modeling software and sustainable design tools.

Accreditation in a major green building rating system (e.g., Strong understanding of building science, passive design strategies, and renewable energy systems.

Ability to work autonomously and manage remote project teams effectively.
